southern Oklahoma students each year.
Maybe you are a recent high school graduate who wants to give college a try or a working adult who wants to obtain a college degree or continuing education for career advancement, the Ardmore Higher Education Center has a variety of programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels to meet your need. And the best thing about the Ardmore Higher Education Center is you don't have to leave home or quit your job to get your college degree!
Our modern classrooms are equipped with multimedia equipment and software that make all learning interactive, whether your instructor is in the classroom with you or teaching from the campuses of one of our university partners. Our library gives you access to a wide variety of information resources to support your learning and research at the Higher Education Center. Computer labs provide access to the Internet and up-to-date productivity software to support you in creating reports, multimedia presentations, and other assignments.
Our course scheduling is designed to maximize access to college courses. Most courses are scheduled during evening hours and we offer many Saturday courses. The instructors provided by our university partners are experts in their fields. Many of them are professionals who live and work in the Ardmore area. The academic counseling staff of our university partners and the office staff of the Higher Education Center have built a reputation for friendliness and support based on over 30 years of serving students with high quality, higher education programs.
